When will you ship my order? Once you place your order we will ship it out within 5 business days.

Do I have to pay shipping if I am able to pick my item(s) up? No. Just select the Pick Up option when you check out.

What if I don't like the item that I order? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like your items(s) you can return them to us and we will refund your money minus any shipping cost.

What if the item is damaged? If the item is defective or arrives damaged we will replace that item for you.

Can you ship my item as a gift? Yes we can. Just fill out the proper shipping address and we will mail your purchase to that address.
